      Excellent culture and benefits; growth opportunities. The Company genuinely values diversity and the well-being of its employees. This is demonstrated in various ways through employee engagement surveys and the diversity in managment ranks.

      Kontras

      The Comopany is located in Columbus GA, about 70 miles southwest off ATlanta. This makes it difficualt to recruit top talent or pay a higher premium than would be required in other locations.

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Kontras

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
