Some of the coolest upper management that you will come across. Very down to earth. Onsite gym facilities that are encouraged for all employees to use. When business is good, so are the bonuses. Management preaches about upward mobility, or helping you to change your career path if you want to try something else within the company...Company matches 401k up to 3%

After 2 years working here, the only gripes that I have are that raises arent great...the only way to get a decent one is by getting a promotion.... otherwise its a 1-3% increase annually depending on your yearly review, and the benefits package is pricey for families
