They don't have career/talent development mindset, they only care about operational priority, current tasks, and short-term revenue growing. - Management force employees to submit PTO requests when internal systems shut down (because of company system upgrades and/or because of cyberattack); they also force employees submitted PTO when county government locked down during the pandemic. And expect you still work during forced PTO. - Management doesn't care people leave and why, they believe they will always find new employees with lower salary to fill in the empty.
