Exceptionally demanding upper management/ceo. BDM makes sales that are not always realistic. Forces employees to cover stores outside of territory. Pay is low for all operations associates. HR does not provide due diligence in investigations and fires good managers while keeping the managers that should not be managers. CEO posts on LinkedIn showing lavish lifestyle and advantages that only corporate managers get - no one below director has any of those opportunities.
