You will not be given a reference, without explanation. No holiday pay No sick pay No guaranteed hours unless offered a contract change. Guaranteed hours will include over 45 minutes travel each way. No travel expenses. Clients requesting you will be told you are unavailable without you being contacted so the shifts can be given to others. Declining any shift may result in punishment by not being offered any shifts for a couple of weeks.
