They pay for your certifications. They will help with college if you keep a C+ You get to learn some old software.
Kontras
Micromanagement to the Fullest! Want to move up find another job! They don't give promotions, and if you do get to level 2 don't expect a raise or it might be 11 cents. They work you very hard with no end goal(I.e Award for completing the most tickets, etc) The benefits suck. The moment theirs a lot of down time, you could get let go, even as a full time employee.
