I have worked for a handful of companies, and Advanced Systems Services is the first company that I have worked for where I genuinely feel valued and appreciated. The culture here is one of respect, loyalty and friendship. The people that work here are seriously "nice" people that share a common goal of making the company successful. This kind of culture is rare.
Management and Sr. Leadership have a heart for their teams. Since the company is small, everyone knows everyone and supports each other. People wear multiple hats here, and are always willing to step in and help whenever they are able.
Although some of the resources are old, Sr. Leadership is systematically replacing these older resources with new and improved technology.
Techs are given state-of-the-art tools and resources, which enable them to best serve our customers. The company is investing capital into making each employee feel supported with the best resources to perform their jobs.
Kontras
Computer software systems are old and clunky. However, leadership is attuned to this and is working hard to find new systems to help the company operate more efficiently. Work arounds are constantly being imagined and implemented.
Because of growth, we are bursting at the seams. Sr. Leadership has scheduled an office remodel so we are all excited to have newer, cleaner, more efficient work areas.
