- Free lunch provided every so often. - Insurance benefits are affordable.

- They tell you that you receive paid time off, but you aren't eligible for any paid time off until you've worked there at least 6-months. If you get sick or need to be out of the office for any reason within the first 6-months, you're expected to make up your time by working extended hours or over the weekend. - After you've completed your 6-months, you only receive half of the paid time off that they promise you when you're hired. So after working a full 6-months, you are given 5 vacation days. You then have to work another 6-months to receive the remaining 5-days. So, essentially, you have to work at least a year (and take no time off) in order to have a bulk 10 vacation days you can use. - Senior management doesn't care about your input. If you go to them with a suggestion, it seems like they take it as criticism and not as you trying to help offer new ways to do things. - Middle management is hardly engaged in the daily operations of the business. Their days are spent in "meetings," and don't seem to have time to work with their direct reports. - There is blatant favoritism played here. To give just one example, you are told it's against company policy to work from home, but certain people are allowed to do it pretty frequently. - Their pay is very low, even for this industry and especially for NJ.

Pros

After reading a few negative reviews and being a current employee I would like to say this is a company growing quickly and rules do change for what seems to be the benefit of the employees. Once changes are made they are enforced. It's a friendly environment with team members actively training employees with lots of opportunity to grow with the company. I have been asked to take on more work and my goal is to prove I can handle the workload. Then when evaluated I was told I will be promoted as leads are needed as the company grows. I think that's how most companies work so not sure where some of my teammates have worked before. I look forward to coming to work each day! We have fundraisers, monthly employee birthday lunches and even celebrated National Pizza Day last week. Good company, tenured management and again lots of room for advancement.

Just normal growing pains that any great company growing quickly will have, juggling the work flow to make sure it is handled efficiently for our clients.
