Worst semiconductor environment with strict, controlled timings - Operator bei Advanced Semiconductor Engineering: Mitarbeiterbewertung

This is the worst semicon environment Ive ever worked in.Controlled timings making you feel like you are trapped in a birdcage. 12 hours of shift but only a 50mins lunch break and a 20min coffee break.You have to clockout for both and they are tracked.Once you exceed even by a few minutes,an email will be sent to you.Mobile phones are prohibited in the cleanroom due to ESD protocols.But its ironic how people are wearing jewellerys,smart watches and even meta glasses. Highly not recommend if you are new to Semicon ind and looking for new experience.This is the worst place to start.Dont get fooled by the good facilities the company has shown outside of the cleanroom,wait till you enter it.You come to work early to only go home late due to tight security checks and high volume of employees wanting to clock out while exit at once
