We are pleased to hear that you recognized the efforts of some of our supervisors and appreciated our weekly pay structure. At the same time, we take concerns regarding advancement opportunities, management practices, communication, scheduling, and employee support seriously.
As a service-based organization, staffing levels and overtime opportunities are often driven by client needs, contractual requirements, and operational demands. While overtime may be available in certain situations, our goal is to distribute assignments fairly while maintaining adequate coverage for our clients. We understand that individual experiences may vary, and we continually evaluate our scheduling and staffing practices to ensure they remain effective and equitable.
We also recognize the importance of employee support and professional development. APS remains committed to creating opportunities for growth, providing ongoing training, and fostering an environment where employees feel respected, heard, and supported. Feedback regarding favoritism, communication, and supervisory consistency is something we review carefully, as these issues can impact both morale and retention.
Our leadership team continuously works to strengthen communication, improve management practices, and ensure decisions are made fairly and professionally. While we may not always get everything right, we are committed to learning from employee feedback and using it to improve our workplace culture.
