This organization "gets it" in all aspects of managed care and health care fiscal management. It provides state-of-the-art nimble administrative services from business development, provider network maintenance and expansion, contracting, care management (quality assurance and utilization management), claims and encounter processing, social media and internet support with self-developed software programs, translation support services, customer care and services, financial oversight and auditing and fiscal intermediary services to an array of medical care delivery organizations, from medical groups to government programs that improve the health of the patients being served, achieve profitability, maintain independence, all while delivering measurable 5-Star Quality. Of particular importance is how all AMM employees are treated with respect, empowered to make improvements and included in department- and company-wide training and organizational development programs.

Pros

During my three years at Advanced Medical Management. I can not express on how much health care experience I've gained after graduating during the time I was with the company. At AMM, I was pleased to work with such a great team and approachable leaders who well understood me. Very well mannered, professional and flexible with my schedule. Mangement was always available to help and answered all my questions. I really appreciate all the support I received and was never left unnoticed. This is a great place to work for if you are seeking for a health care career. I recommend this company to any recent grad or professionals. Over all great company with awesome benefits and yearly bonuses!
