Inadequate training, unreasonable expectations, no overtime to complete tasks demanded. Archaic and convoluted filing system with an overwhelming work load that is dumped on you before the promised training period ends. Wastes endless amounts of paper! Borderline abusive and quick to fire employees that the manager doesn't like. Zero job security. Their definition of professionalism is interpreted as complete lack of humor while becoming an utterly vapid robot, completely void of a personality that exists outside of work. The very definition of micromanagement down to the last detail. Constantly yelled at for things like where I placed my paperclip or sticky flag on a piece of paper! I'm sure that the manager will make up an excuse about former employees that makes them come across as incompetent, but I urge anyone that does not want to develop an ulcer to stay away from this company. It is an absolute nightmare!
