We’re able to help understand and manage risks related to flood, drought, wildfire, and severe weather. It feels great to work to improve real problems, to help save people and communities. Culture is strong, good people.

AEM is just coming into it’s own from having been 7 separate companies, all great companies. There’s lots of change to process and sometimes it seems daunting.

Great people to work with and work-life balance

No clear strategy, lack of decision-making at leadership level, no dedicated product leadership or roadmap. Focus is only on getting any sales however you can at lowest cost, which is not sustainable.
