Pros

Decent scheduling. Paid time off at 90 days.

Kontras

Employees are treated terribly. Forget having an emergency, all they care about is their numbers and nothing else. Theyll say they want to work with you, but then hold it against you. You have to hound them to give you incentive pay such as holiday pay, bonuses, etc. Schedule changes too much and last minute and they don't care if its last moment notice, even though it's supposed to be a set schedule. NOT flexible scheduling like advertised.

Quite literally everything. Management, and the thousands of unethical business practices they have. Lots of sketchy people who work there
