The pay wasn't bad. $17/hr.

I switched to the claims department without any details about the position. They knew I wanted a different shift and offered it in the form of a claims position. Of course i said yes because the shift provided a better work/life balance. However, once I started the position, it wasn't something that I felt I could do well at. My only options were to make it work, or resign. I was forced into doing the latter, once my health started to plummet. There were no resources to help. I had to put my health first and resign.

Paid breaks and weekends off are the only pros

Quite literally everything. Management, and the thousands of unethical business practices they have. Lots of sketchy people who work there
