Management is the worst I have ever worked for. Terrible communicators and terrible listeners. They either ignore you completely or ask a million questions and then don't even listen to your input. They all complain about their Toyota consultant to us but then pretend they are super into it with each other. It's childish and embarrassing. The company is directionless, I've worked with children in elementry school who have clearer purpose and vision than this lot. Always a bunch of false promises, or them talking about operational excellence, when we can't even get the things we need to do our jobs. Anyone that was decent and treated us like humans all just keep leaving. I don't even blame them. As soon as I get my PR I'll be leaving too.

Consistent pay Working inside Regular hours

Pascal lies constantly and has no idea what he is doing It's a joke whenever leadership comes onto the shop floor, they tell you to do something and then 5 minutes later someone else comes out and yells at you and tells you to do the opposite They just spout corporate garbage and crumble and run away the second you start asking them questions

-Great coworkers -Good benefits -Reasonable pay

-Unrealistic goals -Little to no recognition for work well done -Overworked (overtime and weekends not necessary but expected) -AWFUL management -No communication between management team -Lack of leadership -Unresponsive HR department -Safety not enforced -Poor training often leads to workplace injuries -Did not keep up with regular training and certification -Socially punished for taking vacation time -Prejudice management team (had a manager who constantly talked about how “lgbtq” peoples (specifically trans people) shouldn’t have rights and made “jokes” about races. Left feeling extremely uncomfortable and angry most of the time.
