Waste of Time - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei Advance Engineering: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Yearly bonus, respect and great staff. I have never met a company who treat employee and temporary personnel equally as Advance does. Company lunch/ picnic where they raffle off a TV and other gifts. I feel the company continues to improved through out the years.

None I feel they listen to the staff and try to improve in areas that need improvement.

Weekly Pay. Runs on fear, cause that's really good to beat your employees into submission. Owners are potheads and alcoholics! Weeee!

Runs on emotions, illogical decisions made on the fly without any intelligent thought process, owner was verbally and emotionally abusive, managers were backstabbers only out to help themselves. No processes or procedures are written, job duties are very vague, direction was clear as mud, all because of poor ownership who try to micromanage all aspects of the company all the way from a piece of trash being left on the floor.
