      - If you do a good job, they reward you. - My Boss is awesome - Very flexible working home/remote/in office - Really concerned about mental health, have diverse groups - Listen to ideas and act on them - Very respectful

      Addison Group is a wonderful organization with incredible support from within, opportunities to grow, and great people to work with. I never expected to spend 4+ years of a career here starting out, - but I see a lot more time here in my future!

      The workload can be demanding based on how successful you'd like it to be -- which is not a bad thing at all but the sky's the limit if you're willing to put in the work.
