      I would do absolutely anything for my team, and I know they feel the same about me. If you want a great team full of people to celebrate your wins and lend a helping hand whenever, this is the place for you. I can genuinely say these people are my friends.

      The metrics can be rough at times as they are when working in a people focused business but there is understanding from managment if you're not always perfect.

      Addison Group is a wonderful organization with incredible support from within, opportunities to grow, and great people to work with. I never expected to spend 4+ years of a career here starting out, - but I see a lot more time here in my future!

      The workload can be demanding based on how successful you'd like it to be -- which is not a bad thing at all but the sky's the limit if you're willing to put in the work.
