Compensation could be better, benefits are among the worst I’ve seen in corporate America with very high out-of-pocket premiums. PTO is not competitive within the marketplace. From that point, a hybrid schedule was adopted for most but it’s frowned upon if you are in the office less than three days a week. Also people were getting Covid in the office around many others and zero protocols were taken; no one sent home, no announcements that you were exposed. Favoritism runs rampant and bad behavior is rewarded. HR department talks loudly and openly about extremely confidential matters pertaining to current and past employees.
