Leadership is cut throat and will step over colleagues to make themselves look good Very high turn-over, even for the staffing industry No work-life balance or ability to work from home Recruiters are on a draw, which none of the good agencies use that payment method anymore They separate every discipline to its own vertical and then again by perm or temp, so you can’t cross-sell anything and don’t get paid on a ton of business opportunities. It discourages teamwork and ends up creating negative internal competition
