      Pros

      Minimal effort required to get the job done. Office is close to the metra. Office is modern. They have a coffee machine.

      Kontras

      Management is UNPROFESSIONAL. Office has ZERO diversity. The pay and commission structure they tell you is most likely false, as goes for any company with a commission structure - you never make what they tell you you’re going to make. ($60-70k for recruiting? No way!!)

Addison Group pays a competitive base salary and offers generous compensation plans with unlimited earning potential.
