      Extreme micromanaging from managers who aren't producing themselves, lack of follow through with trainings and meetings, favoritism to selective team members that prevent others from performing/excelling, the lack of growth opportunities within and overall poor team structures.

Addison Group prides itself on the training/resources offered to our employees and focus on the team as opposed to the individual.       Addison Group is a wonderful organization with incredible support from within, opportunities to grow, and great people to work with. I never expected to spend 4+ years of a career here starting out, - but I see a lot more time here in my future!

      The workload can be demanding based on how successful you'd like it to be -- which is not a bad thing at all but the sky's the limit if you're willing to put in the work.
