Management overall very much chaotic. Nepotism is rife with upper management (everyones related to each other or are together).
Low salary, and high workload. You're expected to be in office 5 days a week (big requirement for such a laughable salary), meanwhile the office floor is so noisy, people just straight up have full conversations next to you when you're doing a client call, making it a hard environment to focus and work in.
Overall I just got such a weird vibe - everyone puts on an overly positive front, but once I got to know some colleagues better, I found out that everyone was struggling with the same issues I was too.
It's no wonder turnover is so bad. In the few months I worked here, my entire team was almost all new people as everyone I started with left!
