      Pay wasn't too bad for that position in today's market, good, helpful people to work with

      Not enough room for advancement within the organization. Jobs shipped offshore. The usual corporate rhetoric with regard to ongoing layoffs, burn out for those who survived multiple phases of layoffs, No real HR support
