      Pros

      Great coworkers, high expectations, a company that spends a lot of time trying to do the right thing and keep up to speed on all current HOA Laws.

      Kontras

      Inflexible. Known in the industry for being very private and 'cultish'. Very little involvment in the HOA induatey events and very little trust in encouraging employees to get out to industry events. Middle/upper managemenr very weird/uncomfortable with allowing employees to consume alcohol at social/networking functions.

      Pro is work from home

      Kontras

      No training. Unequal treatment. High turnover for good reason. Only praise people that brown nose and won’t listen to feedback.
