Despite this, the company gave negative feedback when contacted by her next employer – a highly unprofessional and unethical act that directly impacted her career. This organization lacks appreciation for hard work and integrity. Recognition is not based on merit but on internal politics and favoritism. Talented individuals often find themselves demotivated or sidelined, while those who engage in office politics are rewarded. Constructive feedback is rare, and the environment is far from supportive. Unfortunately, the company prioritizes its internal hierarchies and power games over employee growth and fair treatment.
