Schedule is absurd...The day is exceedingly long...It is a classic example of providing a schedule conducive to working a job rather than a career. They mean well and come from a good place, but demand in those positions sees teachers with only a couple years teaching experience suddenly running a school Budgetary constraints Class sizes are too big Must adhere to strict rules applied to a range of different areas...The dean tells you what you must teach on any given day...Most schools require that you use their lesson plans, which are overwhelmingly long and complicated...Very little autonomy for teachers - even when it comes to how they should speak.
