(Strict guidelines), demonstrates a lack of care for teachers -switching to restorative justice aka no consequences children rule the school -I didn't receive a warning letter, but my fellow coworkers received so many (great employees honestly), models white supremacy culture - lesson plan template is ridiculous ( 4 hrs to complete) - long day, pd is just busy work!
