Burnt out. A lot of staff are leaving because post covid the demand from the employees has become too much and the pay is still the same. Now they are sending out random bonuses because they know we don’t have staff to do the work so they staff that’s there, so now staff is leaving. Also since the covid and the school hours shorten, hourly employees see a drastic difference in their check. There was no compensation for the hours they taken away. Now we have to scramble for OT hours to pay a good pay check.
