Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend anyone joining the Visakhapatnam branch as a Recruiter. I found the management's leadership style to be very demanding and, at times, disrespectful. Recruiters were often the subject of demeaning jokes, including comparisons that I felt were humiliating. I also felt discouraged from speaking up, as raising concerns or defending oneself could lead to being unfairly targeted or facing negative consequences. The work environment created significant stress, offered poor work-life balance, and made it difficult to spend quality time with family. I believe there is considerable room for improvement in leadership, employee respect, and workplace culture.
