Great job, ok hours, good computer system,strict with punctuality, understanding

Kontras

Temporary, low pay, only go though temp agencies, you dont get a raise until after your hired on permanent and it only happens every 4 months

Pros

Remote work. Started off simple and had a lot of downtime to spend doing other things like napping. Great benefits.

Kontras

Management keeps adding more work but pay does not increase. The only raise you get is at the end of the year and is only 3% no matter how well you score on your annual review. Everyone is switching to mandatory 12 hour alternating shifts soon but working less days out of the week. Pay does not meets economical needs.
