While our company has experienced significant growth—from one location to twelve, spanning seven states—our commitment to maintaining an employee-centric culture remains steadfast. Unlike many larger corporations, our senior leadership, including our CEO, takes an active and personal approach. Through small-group roundtable discussions with employees, we provide company updates and, more importantly, ask for direct input on how we can improve roles, departments, and processes. The insights gathered from these conversations have led to hundreds of actionable improvements that our senior leadership is dedicated to addressing.
