Start up company, no diversity in upper management and if you do see diversity its primarily woman at best. Not good for minority’s. There is no male of color in upper management. Lots of hidden racism tactics carried over from UMUC. They don’t use employees to there fullest potential. Instead they marginalize you do what ever job they want you to do despite your efforts to advance. They claim to have a product to sale to other universities but I have yet to see this product in action. I can on and on.
