      A bit disorganized. If applying, don’t be afraid to check in on status, I’ve seen many applications lost or mismanaged by current WR Berkley (parent company) recruiters. Beware the rating department

      The rating department is a really great place to start in insurance in general, and at Acadia specifically.

      Kontras

      Rating is considered an entry level job, so I'd you intend to make a lasting career in Rating, understand that it will always be seen as a support role. Don't get into it for prestige.
