Leadership talks innovation in meetings but guards every actual decision like it's classified, so nothing changes and you end up solving the same problems every cycle. The longer people work there, the more they've just accepted it. New people either go quiet or burn out trying. There's this passive-aggressive undertone where everyone says yes and then does whatever they were planning anyway.
