As importantly, AK has an excellent 'front end' (Researcher / Customer Relations) and 'back end' (Quality Control, and related IT) management and support. I have completed several hundred AK projects ... The times that I have been personally dissatisfied regarding any issue might average 1X per year... at its highest...
