Average business hours. Pay is good if you come in as a new employee. Will be given perks if you “play the game”. If you are in a protected class - this is the company for you! You can get away with not coming to work, stealing, not really doing the job when you are there, lie and steal!

Upper management gossips and seriously lacks integrity. I have personally seen people in upper management steal rental payments and property tools. Certain Regional Managers pay their family members as vendors - over charging property owners. Paid vendors out of property accounts for their own personal home projects. Stealing from “unsold” auction units. All of this is brushed under the rug and no recourse when confronted. You can be with the company 5 years with stellar performance and a new employee will come in making much more than you - with nothing more than a “it’s just not in the budget” when you learn of the discrepancy. Yet you are expected to train this new employee knowing you make significantly less. Perks and privileges are rewarded to people that “look the other way” or join in on the lack of integrity. If you don’t play the game the right way - you will be used and abused mentally.
