Pros

Good Working Environment and helpful colleagues. All kinds of checks done. Coorperative colleagues, professional environment and helpful staff. Dedicated towards work.

Kontras

As compared to the work provided very low salary. Forced to work on saturday, sunday if there is no work then also.

Dear Colleague - We thank you for your kind & very valuable feedback. Being a young company we have been extremely careful regarding costs on all fronts. When we develop more spending muscle we would be very keen to relook at salaries. However, between July 2016 till date we have implemented various incentives and other benefits for our people. You would be glad to know that we have a weekly incentive plan now for our Verifications Team. The top performer of the week gets paid 1 day of extra salary. Each month we announce the name of 4 such associates who get paid 1 day of extra salary for their excellent performance. We also have built incentives for our Client Relations Team and also for our Sales folks. The company also picks the cost of transportation for our staff between the Metro Station to our office in the morning. This benefit / facility was added a few months back. It is however, true that we have not re-looked at salaries at this stage. We sincerely hope that you should have stayed back to be a part of our growing team.

When I worked my colleagues were helpful but I can't say same about the employer.

Article 23, Constitution of India — forced service clause (No resignation clause) Haryana Shops Act — 54 hour week without overtime (6days a week for 9 hours per day) Payment of Wages Act — stipend tied to client funds (they keep one month salary on hold and pay after 25th of next month minimum that could extend further depends on their payment by their clients) Section 27, Indian Contract Act — void non compete (the offer letter they have provided me have many clauses that do not comply legally)

Pros

The pros is only that you will get an entry in corporate wrld.

Kontras

They don't give you salary on time ever. They will not give you your last 2 month stipend after you internship. They don't have facility of snacks, the coffee is cheap and bad. You can't use your phone there. You will have full restriction. They will call at your home without firstly clarifying anything from you even you are right. Work culture is so bad that you will not feel any freedom at all.
