Management as a whole is incompetent, to the smallest detail such as misspellings in company wide emails. There is zero transparency as far as pay, and management does everything in their power to hide this info from employees, in order to pay people less. They will of course tell you they value you, and will boast about how well they treat people, but actions speak louder than words, and ABC’s actions make their position very clear.
