It's a great balance of fresh energy and honoring what's already been built. Tons of growth opportunities since the company is actively scaling. If you want to take on new challenges and advance your career, there's room to do it. Work-life balance is a real priority. As with any growing company, things can move quickly and processes are still being refined. But the openness to feedback makes this feel like growing pains rather than systemic issues.
