Long hours , very awful experience, so much frustration due to the infrastructure being held together by manual processes (duct tape).
Handover of processes done badly so generally won't know what's going on. High attrition rate, Due to a compensation system that incentivizes senior management to cost cut and claim a bonus at the expense of sustaining the business or any actual innovation. Bad for your mental health and morale.
