Pros

The pay and benefits are pretty good. This is a good company for professionals who want to gain experience in the medical device industry and then move on. Many employees enjoy work-life balance, but that may not be consistent across the company.

Kontras

The company lacks vision and strategy, but manages to be successful in spike of that. I am unimpressed with the management team across multiple functional areas, especially at the VP level. Management is top-heavy throughout the organization. The morale is generally poor, likely caused by frequent employee lay-offs and poor management. The culture is quite hierarchical so if you don't mind just doing what you are told to do, you may not mind the culture.

Honestly, this place is incredible. They take care of their employees, they provide great health insurance and retain. It's the kind of place that you want to get into and stay. Rarely do people leave.

Kontras

Bureaucracy is a problem in any large company. Some decisions are made too slowly.
