I have only recently started working for AVRillo, but from the few days I have been working here I can say I am very impressed. The training so far is extensive with the number of videos and documents available to you. The best part is the Teams meeting, where Angelo himself conducts the training. Any question you have, and he will answer. No question is silly, and you are made to feel very welcome by all.

So far I haven't come across any cons and I have spoken with a number of team members who have been employed a lot longer than I have and they haven't brought any to my attention.

none to be honest, it wasnt for me,

I was onboarded with lots of promises and positivity regarding work culture etc but it turns out the 2 main owners are really disruptive and pull you away from your cases for meetings that could take 5 minutes but are drawn out for more than 2 hours some times.
