      You work around great individuals who make the time there go by quick Pay was great

      Kontras

      Too many micro managers in place The extra added pay for responsibilities wasn't worth the risk whether you was a program manager (you could get reprimanded if your program failed an inspection) or dealt with Avionics stuff just wasn't enough for them Not much room for growth or better opportunities

      If you had difficulty in the military. You may have difficulty working close to military even as civilian. Avmac has a hard time separating itself as it’s on entity from the military
