Timely salary, high workload, less working hours,

Let's go through the list... 1. Policies are not clear. 2. 3 year employment bond is not for everyone, partial policy. 3. When you leave, they make your life complicated. Not giving early release, do not pay your Performance bonus, salary holds until you request, bringing up no compete contract which by the way they will introduce after you join, they don't give relevant letters if they have them when you resign, they won't take your calls, not respond to emails. They will mess with Background checks sometimes (saw doing that to one colleague). 4. Salary has a wide gap on same scale employees. 5. Less expected hours for delivery of project. So you overwork yourself to meet their unexpected and in the air timelines. 6. Management neither listen nor they care actually. 7. No benefits like medical etc. Everything comes out of your pocket. Well I can go on and on.... One advice, join this if you think you can't land anywhere else....

Politics (as normal) with global companies. Market slow downs effect the company greatly
