Some good people within, especially at consultant level. Some are helpful and friendly.

No incentives for staff to perform well. Pay is below industry standards. Induction process and training is poor. Constant disruptions to staff with multiple management changes, lack of leadership and responsibility taken on their part. Management overpromise and underdeliver to clients and staff. Staff are constantly overworked and stressed with no reward or appreciation.
