The Culture is awesome. ATCOM has a great family friendly environment. They do a ton to show employees how much they are appreciated. Family day at the ball park, Ice Cream parties, bringing in Lunches. Everyone really works together, you will never hear someone say that is not my job at ATCOM. Best of all customer service goes out of their way to ensure the customer is taking care of quickly and professionally. The Customer is always first at ATCOM.

If you don't like to work as a team ATCOM is not the place for you. I guess some people rather work on there own.. ATCOM is probably not going to be a good fit.
