1. Horrible hierarchy right from the top which is never stable at all. 2. Pay structure is extremely poor as compared to MNCs or infact any other Indian company. 3. Not a well known name in the industry. 4. Clueless seniors without much sense of direction. 5. Hardly much to learn rather whatever skills you posses shall go in vain. 6. Extremely discouraging and low environment for junior employees. 7. Internal processes to that much time taking that it will make you loose all the zeal to work for external stakeholders. 8. No clarity on work, ethics, procedures. The list is never ending....do not waste your time here.
