Pros

Some of the people you work around are ok, but the management was poorly run.

Kontras

Being yelled at constantly by consumers due to product not being delivered or being faulty. Management was never available to escalate calls. Tech support was overrun and would try to push it back on you to rectify technical issues which you weren't trained to handle.

Great people and environment. Location is convenient. Lots of company sponsored events.

No advancement opportunities. Company is very acquisition heavy but horrible with cross functional communication. Lots of surprises.

Complaints are often minimized, ignored, or redirected without meaningful resolution. Issues are widespread and known by many employees, though some are reluctant to speak publicly. Prospective employees seriously reconsider working there, the company presents a positive image externally but has a deeply unhealthy internal culture marked by poor leadership, lack of accountability, and low employee well-being.
